In allen F\u00e4llen, in denen die Gefahr einer Sekund\u00e4rinfektion besteht oder jemand in ernsthafter medizinischer Behandlung ist bzw. der Gesundheitszustand dies erfordert, ist es wichtig, einen Arzt aufzusuchen!<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">\u2013 Wenn diese Risiken ausgeschlossen sind, kann die pflanzenbasierte Therapie in vielen Bereichen helfen: sei es zur Vorbeugung von Sekund\u00e4rinfektionen, zur Linderung von Symptomen, zur Unterst\u00fctzung einer schnelleren Genesung nach dem Krankheitsverlauf oder \u2013 sofern m\u00f6glich \u2013 zur Pr\u00e4vention neuer Erkrankungen durch Lebensstilberatung und gegebenenfalls Immunst\u00e4rkung (bei bestimmten Krankheitsbildern ist Letzteres kontraindiziert \u2013 daher der Konjunktiv!).<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">\u2013 Schauen wir uns etwas detaillierter an, in welchen Bereichen die Phytotherapie unseren K\u00f6rper bei der Linderung der Symptome wunderbar unterst\u00fctzen kann:\nLokale Entz\u00fcndungshemmung, Verringerung von Schleimhautreizungen, Unterst\u00fctzung beim Abtransport von Schleim, Hustenlinderung (wenn gerechtfertigt), Hemmung der Vermehrung von Krankheitserregern, St\u00e4rkung des Immunsystems, Anleitung zur richtigen Anwendung tonisierender Mittel.<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">\u2013 Wie sieht eine phytotherapeutische Beratung in solchen F\u00e4llen aus?<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">Schnelle Auswertung der Anamnese, Vorstellung innerlicher und \u00e4u\u00dferlicher Behandlungsm\u00f6glichkeiten, Empfehlung einer Teemischung mit Rezept, Lebensstilberatung sowie ggf.
